In this role, you’ll be a key part of our operations—reviewing clinical documentation, assigning accurate medical codes, submitting claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement. You’ll also support compliance efforts and help strengthen our overall revenue cycle processes.

This Earth Day, we’re proud to recognize Heather Gaugler, APRN-C, our Director of Provider Services. 🌿💚

Heather joined House Call Medical Services in 2014 and brings over 31 years of healthcare experience. Her extensive background includes inpatient cardiac and oncology care, case management, hospice, and geriatric medicine. She earned both her BSN and her Master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Wichita State University.

With a deep passion for accessible, patient-centered care, Heather has spent the last 11 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner in outpatient settings, working closely with patients, families, home health, hospice, facility staff, and specialists. In her current leadership role, she mentors and supports our provider team, helping ensure compassionate, high-quality care across every setting.
