I’m back y’all!!
What a YEAR the past few months have been! 😂
My maternity leave is coming to an end but with that being said I had to adjust my hours.

◽️Hours of operation:
Saturdays-1:30pm to 6:00pm
Sundays-1:30pm to 6:00pm

My first day back will be August 2nd but don’t wait! Visit the website to schedule your appointment or text me and I will schedule you! (316) 833-1587.

Happy Thursday Everyone! I’m pregnant!

Since I’ll be having another baby in about 12 weeks I wanted to let you guys know what the plan is so far.

I’m expected to deliver anywhere between May 15th-22nd if everything goes smoothly for the time being.🙏🏽

My maternity leave will start May 11th and I will return the weekend of July 26th. I’ll be back sooner if I can!!!

When I return my 🆕 hours will be:
Saturdays⏰ Noon - 6:30pm.
Sundays ⏰11:00am - 6:30pm

Closing on this Self-Care-Sunday..

Remember to think about yourself.

Some battles may be difficult without any sense of control. Remember. .What you can control..

-Drinking water.
-Breathe in for 5 seconds and out for 5 seconds. 5 times.
-Eat. Even if this is a task.. small snacks, small bits.
-Write down your to-do’s and take your time.
-Spend 5-20 minutes in sunshine ☀️
-Take a bath in dim light

Everyone is having a hard time with something, so don’t think you’re alone!

Find your Self-Care because this can come in many forms.
