Rosie holds a Masters in Educational Psychology, A Masters Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and will soon finish training as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. We are honored to have her holding a FREE class for our community on Intro to Ayurveda.

Self-Care Sunday: As part of my journey to ease my own suffering, I am trying to remember to take small moments to rest. Often Sunday brings me a nervous feeling in my stomach as I prepare for the week ahead. Today laying in the swing for 5 minutes with the sun on my face helped bring me back to this moment. This helped the belly butterflies to calm down. What do your favorite self-care moments look/feel like?

Insurance update for Misty: Aetna will be available Aug 16. She is also currently taking BCBS, and private pay is always an option! She is seeing people Tue-Thu and has immediate openings! 316-841-6861

If you notice our founder around the space looking a bit lighter it’s because she has completed her degree and licensing process!! Misty is excited to begin this journey of supporting mental health of Wichita and surrounding areas.

At Season Health we are so excited to announce Misty McReynolds APRN PMHNP-BC will be joining us! We are in the midst of getting her paneled with insurance but she is taking private pay patients with openings on Tuesdays. Misty has been an RN for 14 years and has spent much of that time pursuing an interest in mental health. She completed her MSN in April and is ready to launch her practice.
If she looks familiar to you, you may have seen her around The Pause. She is the founder of this health focused co-working space. We are excited to have her launching her APRN career with Season.
