In just 5 short months, Savannah, our Caregiver Support Provider, has completed 30 community outings with our clients and families.

That’s 30 opportunities to build skills in real-world settings, advocate for meaningful progress, and strengthen the connection between home, community, and care.

Savannah is known for her bubbly, goofy personality and her natural ability to build trust and lasting relationships with the families, clients, and teams she supports. She shows up consistently, meets people where they are, and makes learning feel fun and approachable.

We’re grateful for the energy, heart, and dedication she brings into every outing—and the real impact she’s making across the families we serve.

To the moms of our Little Stars—thank you.

You’re the constant behind everything we do. The early mornings, the advocacy, the patience, the way you show up again and again for your child… it matters more than we can put into words. We see it every day.

And to the moms who spent part of their day with us at Cool Mom’s Club—thank you for being there, for creating, for connecting, and for allowing yourselves a moment to just be. That space was for you, and it meant a lot to share it together.

Tonight we’re Cooking Up Communication! 👩‍🍳🗣️✨

If we make all the pens, parents have to come learn about task analysis too 😉 (because progress happens at home and in the clinic!)
From 5–7 PM, families will build practical skills together as clients practice life skills like following the steps of a recipe, while parents learn new ABA strategies they can use at home with support from our CSP team.

Learning, laughter, and real-life skills all in one evening 💙

This past weekend, the Little Stars Therapy Services team had the privilege of attending KansABA — a space where leaders, clinicians, and future professionals come together to advance the field of ABA across our community.

We are especially proud to celebrate Molly Noon, CCC-SLP, BCBA, who served on the Board of Directors and helped shape this year’s event. Many attendees may have seen her on the main stage, collaborating with respected leaders like Dr. Zane, or connecting with peers such as Ed Morris. Molly represents the kind of interdisciplinary excellence that strengthens our profession.

We were also proud to bring members of our Programs Leadership Team! Investing in mentorship, and leadership development is one of the most meaningful ways we can strengthen the future of ABA.

At our booth, Kiersten Bruster led impactful conversations around:

- BCBA burnout and sustainable support systems

- Work-life balance through manageable caseloads

- Real-life experiences in the field that remind us why connection matters

Each topic was paired with a themed raffle basket to spark authentic dialogue, shared laughter, and meaningful networking.

ABA has always evolved through collaboration, compassion, and innovation. We’re proud to be part of the next chapter by supporting clinicians, investing in training, and building systems where both staff and families can thrive.

Last week, our executive team had the honor of attending the Blue Cross Blue Shield Women’s Leadership Breakfast—an inspiring gathering of leaders committed to collaboration, growth, and creating solutions that strengthen our community.

Connecting with leaders like Lily Wu and being surrounded by individuals who share the same passion, pace, and purpose was a powerful reminder that leadership does not have to be carried alone.

The work of leading teams, serving families, and building meaningful impact is not always easy. Often, the weight leaders carry happens behind the scenes. Opportunities like this are so valuable because they create space to recharge, connect, and be reminded that together, we can accomplish more.
