Today, we pause to reflect on how truly grateful we are for our incredible community. To our dedicated Behavior Technicians, compassionate BCBAs, wonderful clients, and supportive families—thank you for being the heart of Little Stars. Your hard work, trust, and collaboration make everything we do possible. 💛

As we celebrate the holiday, please note that our clinic will be closed today and tomorrow so our staff can enjoy time with their loved ones. We look forward to seeing all our Little Stars shine bright again when we reopen on Monday!

Look who our Director of Training & Internships, Ms. Molly Noon, had the chance to learn from this week — Dr. Gregory Hanley! 🙌✨

He shared so many powerful strategies that truly make a difference in the day-to-day lives of the children and adults we support. The focus of the conference? Helping teams build trust, safety, joy, communication, and confidence with every learner — the things that matter most to our families and our staff.

Some of the biggest takeaways included:
💛 Putting compassion and collaboration at the center of ABA
🧩 Using Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) to understand behavior in a way that keeps everyone safe and connected
💬 Building communication and toleration skills through the Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) model
🌟 Using the Universal Protocol to create calmer, happier days for clients and staff

For anyone who works directly with children or adults with ASD, these approaches mean:
• fewer stressful moments
• more trust and teamwork
• safer, more successful sessions
• clients who feel understood and empowered
• families seeing meaningful progress in daily routines

We love investing in trainings that help our team grow — because when our staff feels confident and supported, our clients feel it too. 💫
