Simply put… we truly couldn’t do this without her.

Emily is the backbone of our operations. Her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and unwavering dedication keep our agency strong and steady. While our clinicians are out in the field, she’s behind the scenes making sure everything supports them seamlessly. She tackles challenges head-on and never backs down from a tough billing puzzle.

She also has the special honor of completing admissions—often being the very first point of contact our patients have with Love My Nurse. Sydney supports her patients by truly listening to their needs, advocating for them, and ensuring those needs are met throughout their time with us. She helps be their voice in their healthcare journey.

Sydney brings compassion, initiative, and advocacy into every home she enters. She doesn’t just address concerns—she takes action. Whether it’s providing intervention in the home or collaborating with providers, she makes sure solutions are set in motion. Her dedication to making a real difference in her patients’ healthcare experience is something we deeply value.

• Favorite part of the job: Feeling like I made a difference in someone’s healthcare. Being able to take a problem they voice and get the ball rolling for a solution—whether that be through intervention within the home or collaborating with providers.

• When not working, you’ll find them: Enjoying time outdoors with my son and nephews, planning something (I love to plan and make lists!), relaxing in my hammock, or spending time with friends.

• Favorite part of the job: Becoming someone’s “bestie for the restie”! There’s no better feeling than getting ready for work feeling like you’re going to chat & check in with your besties all over town. I also love being able to provide my patients and their family members comfort during their time of need.

• Fun fact: I’m old enough to do this job despite how young I look 🤪 I love dogs, nature, coloring, and am always down for a good time!

• When not working, you’ll find them: Outside with my dogs, at the gym, or recharging at home with my loved ones.

Sarah pours her heart and soul into each person she serves, providing thorough, compassionate education and support every step of the way.
💖 Why we love them:
We love Sarah here at Love My Nurse because she is incredibly knowledgeable, loving, and kind. She consistently goes above and beyond, cares deeply for both her patients and her team, and is always willing to jump in and help. We even joke that she’s our go-to personal nurse for staff health questions—she’s truly amazing and a wealth of knowledge!

• Favorite part of the job: I love making connections with each patient I take care of. I love to meet them where they are at and work together to make their quality of life better.
• Fun fact: I completed a half Ironman
• When not working, you’ll find them: You can find Sarah enjoying quality time with her family. She is a passionate mom and grandmother who loves to stay active through exercise and community involvement. One of her biggest passions is helping organize the youth triathlon in Derby, encouraging kids in the community to get out, get moving, and stay active.
