🚗🩺 A Day in the Life of a Home Health Nurse 💙

Ever wonder what a day looks like for a home health nurse? Here’s a little peek behind the scenes 👇

☀️ Morning:
Coffee in hand, reviewing the day’s schedule and hitting the road 🚗

🏡 Visit #1:
Checking vitals, wound care, medications, and making sure everything is on track

🐶 Bonus:
Getting greeted by the patient’s dog (the real boss of the house)

📋 Between visits:
Charting, calling providers, coordinating care, and navigating to the next home

🍎 Lunch (maybe 😅):
A quick snack in the car between visits

🏡 Afternoon visits:
More patient care, education, and making sure families feel supported and confident

💬 End of day:
Finishing charting, wrapping up calls, and knowing you made a difference in someone’s life

👨‍💼 What he does:
Seth isn’t just our CEO—he’s the one who turned this dream into reality. Alongside his wife, Dede, he built Love My Nurse from the ground up and played a hands-on role in shaping the day-to-day operations. From supporting staff to helping with maintenance, marketing, and even lawn care, Seth has always been willing to step in wherever needed.

💖 Why we love him:
Seth leads by example. He’s worn more hats than we can count and has never hesitated to jump in and help. His dedication built the strong foundation we stand on today, and his continued support and trust in the team allow everyone to grow and thrive.

• Favorite part of the job: Supporting the team and helping things run smoothly however he can
• Fun fact: Seth is an avid scuba diver and loves any chance to explore underwater
