ICT Speech Therapy Services LLC Meet the owner of ICT Speech Therapy Services, Jeffery Millspaugh. After several years in the field, he went back to WSU to complete an MBA in 2019.

At ICT Speech Therapy Services, licensed and certified Speech-language Pathologists will evaluate your needs and create custom treatment plans in order to meet your goals and help you to maintain your ideal level of function. Jeff is a Graduate of Wichita State University in 2015 with a Masters degree in Speech-language Pathology. He is a veteran of the US Army, signing up shortly after 9/11 and served a 15 month tour in Iraq during the surge in 2007. Jeff is married and has two handsome little boys and a gorgeous German Shepherd named Bella. Jeff's experience spans from acute care and inpatient rehab, to skilled nursing and home health where he spent time working with patient's of all types including highly critical patients on ventilators, acute strokes, veterans with Parkinson's Disease, and home-bound long term care patients. Jeff has been known to take individually tailored approaches to treatment in order to maximize effectiveness and gain the interest of the individual receiving the treatment.
