🌄 Hello from Dr. Sterling Pray, PT, DPT ✨

Sterling earned her Bachelors in Science with a degree in Health Science and then went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, both from Wichita State University. Sterling has specialized training in pelvic floor therapy and loves working with men and women of all ages. Sterling spent 3 months training with us here at Integrative Center for Therapy with Dr. Emily Hood. She loves being an advocate for her patients and enjoys helping them achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Sterling looks forward to spending quality time with family, friends and her doggo, Hank.

People with UTI’s can find relief and decreased occurrence of UTI’s by working with a physical therapist trained in pelvic floor dysfunction. A typical treatment may include: training pelvic floor musculature, manipulative techniques, breathing and relaxation techniques, postural education, muscle coordination, education on drinking and voiding (peeing) schedules, identifying possible bladder irritants, and collaborating with your medical provider to reduce need of prophylactic antibiotics. Treatments and education have been found to improve a persons ability to empty their bladder, create better bowel habits, and promote full relaxation of the pelvic-floor when voiding. If UTI’s are something you or a loved one deal with, please contact us for an evaluation.

It’s important to remember that although females are more likely to have a UTI, this is another common diagnosis we treat in both children and adults and in all genders. We’ve had several patients referred to us by their urologist, that had no idea physical therapy could help them, and they were able to make progress/have resolution!

Finally!! The biggest hurdle in our quest to integrate our 2 companies Has been approved!! Only a year and a half later and ICTPT is credentialed with Medicare!!! Stacy cried😂😂👊👊👊👊!
