This is the first week of the summer session at Linwood. Sign up online or come early and sign up Wednesday before class.

Tuesday I'll be subbing an all levels class. Come for some new spins on familiar poses. I'd love to see some familiar faces!

And just a heads up. I won't be teaching the week of June 22 so come catch me this week!

Sarah will be covering for me at the Y, so please turn out to support her.

No Linwood class this week but it is time to sign up for the summer session that begins June 18.

Wednesday is a drop in opportunity at Linwood. Cost is $5. All are welcome without signing up in advance. This is a great opportunity to try a typical class before you commit to a full session. Sign ups for the summer session at Linwood Park and Rec have begun.

Thursday I'll be subbing a more advanced class. There will be lots of modifications so beginners are also welcome!

On Memorial Day, I'll be teaching a special all levels class at the WSU Y in the morning. Great for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners!

Wednesday I will have a drop in Restorative class at Linwood. Cost is $5. All are welcome without signing up in advance. I will have a more typical drop in class the following week. That's a great opportunity to try the class before you commit to a full session. Sign ups for the summer session at Linwood Park and Rec have begun.

This is the last week of the Linwood spring session. Sign ups for the summer session have started.

If you've never tried the WSU Y, summer is a great time to check it out. Finals are over! Parking is easy in a dedicated lot, so no parking pass required.
