May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we had a great time engaging with students during our Destress Fest event last week, hosted by Student Engagement & Belonging - Wichita State University. We were able to enjoy the beautiful weather while students showed off their artistic creativity. What a fun way to destress before finals.

Over the next two weeks, we encourage you to try out some of the wellness ideas listed on this bingo card. Download the card and cross off each wellness activity as you complete them. When you get a bingo, bring your card to Student Outreach & Support (Shocker Success Center 304) to get a FREE CARE Team t-shirt!
