CRANBERRY TART Q & A:

Q: When will the tart be available to order?
A: November. We will make it available on Square for pre-ordering.

Q: When will the tarts be able to be picked up?
A: Any orders placed in November will be available for pickup on one day- November 25th (Tuesday of Thanksgiving week).

Q: Will my tart be okay being made that far in advance?
A: Yes! The pectin in cranberries keeps the filling and the whipped cream super stable- they are great (with refrigeration) for a week!

Q: What is the cost of the cranberry tart?
A: $40.00

Q: Why the single pickup date/$40 price tag?
A: While the cranberry tart is the most beautiful dessert we make, it’s also the most time consuming, equipment-using, mess making dessert we have! We start by making a cranberry mixture on the stove top, running it through a food processor, letting it set for an hour, and then running the filling through a fine mesh sieve. And that’s just the filling. By time the tart is done, the entire kitchen is a light shade of pink! The GOAL is to have a single bake-day and a single pickup day to keep things a bit more efficient.

Q: Will the cranberry tart be available for order after Thanksgiving?
A: No, but be on the lookout for other amazing tarts for the Christmas season- we love a good hazelnut and chocolate combination!
