How much do you know about the Magi? We had some real experts gather for Three Kings Day Trivia as we celebrated the 41st day of Holiday Cheer! We also found delicious candy left in our manger boxes filled with "food for the magis' camels"! We tested our knowledge and shared a Rosca de Reyes, or Kings Cake!

Tomorrow is Three Kings Day, known by many as Epiphany, and we're having fun recreating and old Latin American tradition! On January 5th, children decorate boxes and fill them with "hay for the Magis' camels." In the morning they see if the Magi have left them a sweet gift! We'll find out tomorrow morning!

Happy 12th day of Christmas and 40th day of Holiday Cheer!! We're wrapping up our culinary song with 12 drumming up a salad of baby spinach, roasted cashews, pickled beets, goat cheese, sliced apples, sumac onions, garlic breadsticks and a house made raisin brandy vinaigrette!

Wishing you all a very merry 11th day of Christmas and 39th day of Holiday Cheer! All 11 of those pipers must have been in the kitchen piping frosting, because Chef served up these beautiful creations today!
First, figgy pudding cupcake made with raisins, figs, apples, brandy & oranges topped with cream cheese icing and caramel.
Second, Rudolph’s cherry red cupcake, with cherry cream cheese icing and a cherry on top!
