Helpful hints: carbonated water does not count as water as it is acidic and bad for us. Sometimes make your meals healthy pre-digested meals that are almost in a liquid form for example soup, smoothies, yogurt and guacamole. Avoid pizza and quesadillas! They really make a person constipated. Strive to finish eating before completely full; ideally one's meal should be the size of one's own fist. As well, our stomachs have acids in them that are so strong that they could eat all of the skin and muscles off our bones! So ideally when we eat we should avoid drinking liquids before, after and during a meal as not to dilute those digestive enzymes.
