I'm a retired Air Force Veteran who discovered mindfulness/meditation after my time serving after joining a great veteran service organization called Team Red, White, & Blue (teamrwb.org) and through Team RWB I became involved in the Veteran Administrations Whole Health For Life program as a Whole Health Peer Partner/Facilitator. I am also a iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 teacher who is advancing my training in iRest Yoga Nidra.
