❤️ Alexis came to us as a college student, we’ve had the privilege of watching her grow into a confident leader. From the very beginning, we’ve never wanted just employees, we’ve wanted people who treat our small, family-run business like their own. Respect it like it’s their own. And that’s exactly what Alexis did.
❤️She didn’t just support the clinic, she helped grow it. She protected it. She developed an ability to anticipate needs before they were even spoken. On some of my hardest days, she stepped in without hesitation and led with steadiness and care.
❤️She showed up for events, for our team, and for this mission…never expecting anything extra in return. She understood what a small business is and isn’t capable of, and she never made us feel like we weren’t enough.
❤️ We’ve laughed together and cried together and in her last hours at the clinic we hugged and ended with an “I love you.” We are so incredibly grateful for the past two years with Alexis. She has left a lasting mark on this clinic, and we truly wish her nothing but the best in her next chapter. ❤️
