May is International Mediterranean Diet Month! If you are unfamiliar with the Mediterranean diet it is reflective of the traditional meal patterns in countries surrounding the Mediterrnean Sea. It is linked with increased lifespan and decreased chronic illness. Since we are unable to travel to experience the diet firsthand, check out some recipes on their website or the food pyramid below to incorporate more healthy eating in your life!
