I am so grateful for all my clients, not just because it helps me as a single mom support my girls in a meaningful way, but mainly because I know it is much easier and sometime “quicker” to take a pill or have some procedure (though common, generally invasive and unnecessary because that’s all docs are taught in medical school).

I am grateful for my clients who trust the process of energy healing and prioritize their health, genuinely trust their bodies innate ability to heal itself from the inside out and want to get to the root cause of the issue.

I know, it’s so much easier to just throw on a bandaide than it is to get to the core trauma that’s creating disease in the body.

So to my friends and clients who believe in the power of emotion code, I am so very grateful you trust me to be along side of you for your healing journey 🥰

When hanging out with a bunch of preschoolers, you start to notice patterns of behavior, well at least I do anyway 😆 What seems to be a running theme is “blaming”.

Not my fault, it’s their fault…
She did it, not me…

So of course I pay more attention to that in my own life and I see it reflected in my kids…

Then I notice where I’m doing it as well…

Awareness…

Though the situations are very different, most people can relate to the patterns of blaming others and not wanting to take responsibility for our own choices, behaviors and actions.

I recently had someone ask me for a list of all I “DO”. Everything I do is energy related with the goal of adding more light 💡 and love ❤️ to our world 🌎

Emotions are just Energy in Motion. Emotion code is one tool I use to assist others in bringing their energy back into alignment by releasing lower vibrations from the body.

We are all energy, frequency and vibration.
Everything is energy, so I work with people (kids 🧒🏼👦and pets 🐈🐕 are my favorite).

I also love clearing energy for spaces as well like houses 🏠 , buildings, objects and businesses.

I’ve been doing business coaching going on 18 years, however it looks a lot differently now that I focus on the ENERGY ✨ side of healing and growing businesses and their owners.

I do holistic health (mental, physical and spiritual) coaching focusing on lifestyle, herbs 🌿 and energy.

I also have an AO Scan that I use with my clients. Albert Einstein said “Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies.” It’s a machine that sends healing frequencies to specific targets. It’s the coolest damn thing ever and has lots of features that would take an entire post to describe all the healing benefits from this little device alone 🤯 but it’s the primary tool I use for myself and my children when our immune systems need a boost. Helps me feel more confident as a mother caring for my children’s health.

If you are interested in diving deeper in the subconscious realm, I do dream analysis and assist with rituals and ceremonies to remove curses, cord attachments, belief systems and more.

In 2024 I’ve got some more exciting collaborations planned with my friend Krystie Pilens with Awaken Within doing more Yin/Emotion Code Yoga 🧘‍♀️ including in person and expanding into virtual classes as well so stay tuned for more info on that in the new year!!

My life would look very differently had I not been introduced to emotion code in 2020. I honestly don’t know where I would be if I didn’t incorporate this powerful tool in my life. ❤️
