2025 Letter

Hello to all our members and customers! It is now a new year and I want to give an update on what we have going on at Hand and Stone!

First, I am Dave. My wife Terri and I are the owners of Hand and Stone Wichita. We are part of the Hand and Stone franchise which has 553 spas across America and 60 spas in Canada. When you are a member of Hand and Stone, your membership perks are good at all locations.

Let me quickly run through our perks of being a member. A lot of clients and members do not realize all the great benefits we have for being a Lifestyle Member with us.

1. Our normal price for a basic massage or classic facial is $129.95. By becoming a member the price is reduced to $79.95 per month! This means you can choose between a massage or a facial at the reduced rate. I have compared our rates to other spas and we are the best value in Wichita. You can come in multiple times in a month and you will be charged $79.95 on each visit for the basic service. This is a very cost effective way to save a lot of cash if you need to come in every week or 2 due to an injury of some sort.

2. If you do not use your $79.95 package for that month, you do not loose it. It just rolls over to the next month. We actually have clients that live out of town and they come to our spa every 2 months and get a back to back service. This means they receive a facial and a massage and make it a SPA DAY!! How great does that sound for pampering yourself!!

3. If you do not use your monthly package, you can give that service to anyone else. Wife, Husband, Relative!! I dont know of anyone that would turn down a free massage!!!

4. 10% Discount!! Our store is loaded with products to buy and take home with you! For facials, we have Dermalogica, Image, Clarity products. With the 10% discount, we are actually cheaper than Ulta on Derm products!! We also have the yummylecious fat free, calorie free flavored water. Aurouma therapy vials, and CBD massage oil that we actually use in our massages. Our price on the CBD is the cheapest in Wichita!! (We want you guys to give home massages and relieve your aches and pains)!! Thats how we roll!! LOL!

5. Gift Card purchases! When you are a member with us you can purchase gift cards at the member rate of $79.95 verses the nonmember of $129.95 and give them to anyone! This is huge!! Birthdays, Anniversary, Mothers Day, etc. You get the point.

6. THIS IS THE BIGGEST PERK! No spa in Wichita has this. When you come in for your service, you can bring another person with you and they get member rates as well! That saves them $50 just by coming in at the same time as you!! AWESOME!!

Thank you for hanging with me to here. We are planning lots of very cool things for 2025. Very soon we are going to ramp up the customer service aspect of our spa. Our members and 1st time clients are going to experience something new that I think will be very noice! Yes, I said NOICE!! We have been a little stagnant on our spa for the peeps and I believe this will be a little EXTRA nicety to help relax you for your service.

We will continue to have specials and great deals on our facials and massages throughout the year. Just FYI, We have 14 Therapists and 4 Estheticians to care for your needs. Every one of our associates are highly trained to give the best possible service that you can get in Wichita. These are the best providers I have had in the 4 1/2 yrs we have been open. Communication is the key. If you want a different pressure or the Esthetician is not explaining the facial process to you, please tell them. THEY WILL NOT FEEL BAD WHEN YOU SPEAK UP!!
