I’m spending part of this week offering chair massages for Nurse Appreciation Week at Interim Healthcare today and again this Friday. It truly means so much to be able to give back, even in a small way, to the nurses who pour so much into our community every single day.

You can feel the energy when you’re around people who serve with heart… and it’s an honor to create a moment of rest, relief, and care for them.

If you or your workplace are ever looking to bring something like this to your team, I do offer chair massage for wellness events with a 2-hour minimum booking. It’s such a beautiful way to support your staff and show appreciation in a meaningful, tangible way.

My sessions are integrative, meaning no two massages are ever the same. I blend relaxing, flowing techniques with deeper, targeted work to meet your body exactly where it’s at that day.

We can incorporate things like hot stones for deeper muscle release, cupping to help with tension and circulation, and intentional pressure to work through areas that need extra attention, all while keeping your nervous system calm and supported.

A 60 minute session is perfect if you’re needing focused work on specific areas. A 90 minute allows us to go deeper, slow down, and truly give your whole body the reset it’s been craving.
