Congress has said they are committed to protecting services to those with developmental disabilities, but often times changes or cuts that are made that were not intended to impact our families sometimes do.

Let your representatives know your concerns for your loved ones and other families you know.

Congress is deciding next year’s budget--and critical programs that help people with disabilities gain independence & opportunity are at stake. Tell Congress to keep its commitment and fund IDEA & DD Act programs—investing in education, community inclusion, and self-sufficiency. [...

Some of our amazing mom’s journeyed to Topeka to testify to the Bob Bethel HCBS Oversight committee.

There are a lot of proposed changes coming to IDD services in Kansas and it is through the passionate advocacy from our families and IDD champions that we have an opportunity to shape what is to come.

It's a day filled with glitter, friendship, and unforgettable memories! We need a team of kind-hearted, enthusiastic volunteers to help bring it all to life.

We’re looking for volunteers who want to make magic happen in roles like:
💖 Buddies – Be a girl’s personal cheerleader and bestie for the day! Help with dresses, sparkles, the occasional lipstick touch-ups, and most importantly, help her feel like the star she is. (This position is reserved for women only due to backstage and dressing room responsibilities.)

📸 Media Team – Capture the little moments that mean the world. From backstage giggles to standing ovations, your lens will help tell the beautiful story of the day.

🎭 Lights, Sound & Stage Crew – Help us bring the show to life! From music cues to spotlight moments, you’ll help create a production that shines as bright as the contestants. (Experience helpful but not required!)

🎟️ Front of House – Be the welcoming face of Miss Unstoppable! You’ll help with admissions, merch, flowers, and greeting guests with warmth and excitement.


Every volunteer gets a free event t-shirt, but more importantly, you’ll walk away with a full heart, lasting friendships, and the joy of making someone feel seen, celebrated, and unstoppable.

We had a great turnout for our YESS open house tonight. We celebrated our 8 graduates, shared highlights from our first 6 weeks of the summer and thanked the staff who make it all happen.
