✨ I have some exciting updates to share! ✨

When I started re:Connect Bodyworks in 2023, I set my rates on the low side so I could get things rolling. Since then, I’ve been blessed with a wonderfully full practice (thank you 💚). As things have grown, I’ve also realized how important it is to keep my schedule sustainable so I can take care of you while also taking care of me.

Beginning Oct. 1, 2025, my updated rates will be:
💆‍♀️ 60 min – $90
💆‍♀️ 75 min – $110
💆‍♀️ 90 min – $130
💆‍♀️ 120 min – $170
✨ Shorter targeted sessions (30 & 45 min) will stay available for urgent needs or specific focus work.

These changes bring my prices in line with the level of care and time I put into each session, and they allow me to keep showing up fully for all of you. My goal has always been to help you feel your best — and this step helps ensure I can keep doing that long into the future.

re:Connect Bodyworks is moving!! But not far 😉 if you’ve come to see me before, you’ll use the same parking lot and it will be the same building, just use the MAIN BUILDING ENTRANCE and head upstairs (there’s an elevator too!) to suite 200.
Opening in suite 200 on Monday Dec 11! See you all there!
