Today we really didn't have a plan but more of a need to just do acro. We have recently introduced some new skills into our practice that are unfamiliar and scary and really unlike our regular acro. Together we are sorting through the technical aspects and the new muscle memory that is trying not develop and also stay safe. I love it even though the successes are measured in smaller increments:-) .
