Welcome to our FB Page! We're a mother / daughter midwifery team serving families across Wichita and South Central KS. Birth is an intrinsic part of who we are!

Brandi Brace, CPM and Christy Gimben, CPM practice Traditional Midwifery & are committed to helping you achieve a God-honoring birth, offering home births, water births, VBAC'S, and more. We are passionate about providing gentle, personal, and evidence-based midwifery care and home birth services. Kathy is a 5th generation midwife and Brandi is following suit. Both of us feel honored by the friendships & relationships we build with our families. We're catching the grandbabies of our original clients! We look forward to meeting you!

The day after Thanksgiving, in warm mid-afternoon light, ☀️
Eloise Grace arrived—eight perfect pounds, a quick, gentle flight.
Surrounded by her husband, her doula, and her mother’s steady care, 💕
She entered through the water’s calm, into a room of love laid bare. 🌊
In that soft and sacred moment, gratitude lingered in the air,
As Eloise was lifted close, tiny breath and tender hair. 🌬️
A mother born, a family grown, a world forever changed that day—
All in the quiet, wondrous rise of Eloise Grace’s very first way. 💖

November was full of sweet new beginnings 🌾✨
We welcomed 5 beautiful babies into the world this month —
1 boy and 4 girls, with 2 first-time mamas in the mix.
No VBACs this month, just five unique stories and five families forever changed.
Every birth is a blessing, and we’re grateful for each one we’re invited into. ❤️
Here’s to another month of strength, grace, and God’s goodness in every arrival. 🙏

This sweet mama was so ready for her Home visit! Supplies were gathered & organized, her space cozy, and even her two curious cats wanted to be part of the fun 🐱✨
During birth, they’ll have their own little space to explore while she labors.
Every home birth is uniquely tailored to each family — from the supplies to the support (and sometimes, the pets!). 🐈‍⬛🐱
