6 weird habits that speed up your growth 🚀

1. Sit with discomfort without reaching for your phone. Just 5 minutes. This is where the real rewiring happens.

2. Talk to the version of yourself that already has it. Not as an affirmation. As an actual conversation.

3. Do things alone that most people only do in company. Being whole without witness is one of the fastest frequency shifts available.

4. Question every belief that starts with “I’m just someone who…” Those words have imprisoned more potential than any circumstance ever could.

5. Stop consuming before bed. No content. No noise. Just whatever the day left behind that needs processing.

6. Let yourself want things without immediately talking yourself out of it. Desire is data. It’s pointing somewhere real.

None of these look dramatic.
All of them are devastating to the old version of you.
In the best possible way.

Magnesium is REQUIRED for proper D3 utilization. Smart to add enough to support what you are adding in, instead of demanding more from an already mag low system.

Make sense?

This product DOES NOT (no no no) count for needed magnesium in general. There is not enough mag to be useful solo.
