Eye Associates of Wichita cares about your vision and eye health. We are seeing an increase in eye infections, contact lens over wear, and an overall decrease in necessary eye care and routine exams, due to the lack of insurance. We want to offer your company's employees and family members a way to get an eye exam at a decreased cost to either the company or the employee.
There are two options:
1. If your company wants to add in the benefit of paying for employee's eye exam yearly, we will offer an overall discount on every exam that comes from your company and will bill your business directly.
2. If your company wants to take advantage of employee's getting a discount, but will still require them to pay for their own individual exams, we can offer that as well. Eye Associates of Wichita will bring in benefit cards to your location (for your employees to use like an insurance card in our office.) You may distribute these at your facility. Family members of your employees are also welcome to use this offer.
