Tulsi + Peppermint Tea Blend
Ingredients:
• 6 fresh tulsi leaves
• 8 fresh mint leaves
Directions:
1. Lightly bruise the leaves between your fingers and place in your mug
2. Pour just-off-boiling water over the leaves
3. Cover and steep for 5 minutes
4. Strain and enjoy warm
5. Add monk fruit or stevia to taste, if desired
