Ever feel like you are the lighthouse… always holding it together, shining for everyone else, even when your own battery is low?

Yeah. Same.
That’s why I created these classes—for humans who are ready to soften and unwind while staying rooted in their strength.

🎨 Creative Flow is where you explore movement and art, not to be “good at it”—but to feel good in it.
Saturday, August 9th | 4:30–5:45pm
@ Body & Soul Studio – $15

🧘‍♀️ Restorative Yoga + Massage is where you exhale, receive, and remember that being still is a power move.
Saturday, September 20th | 6:00–7:30pm
@ Body & Soul Studio – $35

These aren’t just yoga classes. They’re invitations to come home to yourself. To reconnect with joy. To feel inspired and held.

You don’t have to do it all.
You don’t have to do it alone.
Come rest. Come create. Come shine in your own way.

Movement doesn’t have to live on a yoga mat or in a physical therapy session. In fact, the more you sneak it into everyday life—climbing rocks, balancing on curbs, dancing while doing dishes—the better your body (and brain) feels. 🧠💪✨

Playful movement keeps joints hydrated, muscles supple, balance on point, coordination sharp, and helps your brain build new neural connections. Yep—your goofy beach-rock balance pose might be boosting your cognitive health. 🌀

So go ahead, get weird in the wild. Stand on a rock. Stretch in the grocery line. Wobble on purpose. Your nervous system loves novelty.

🛼 Sweaty joy therapy
🧚‍♀️ Becoming 34% more magical and 87% more fabulous
💃 Feeling your body go from “meh” to “I’m a galaxy in motion”

Hello all you radiant humans!

I've been slowly adding some movement and breathwork vids to the YouTube. Some of these are also on my website. These are for anyone needing ideas and tools for their own self-care.

You know your body, move and breathe in ways that feel supportive and empowering. Modify anything that doesn't.

Self-care doesn't have to look like going in person to a yoga class or scheduling a massage. Sometimes we have to incorporate it into our lives differently.

Self-care moments:

•sitting for a moment before moving on to the "next thing"
•texting a friend back
•thinking about what delicious and nourishing food you'd like to try or cook
•singing to yourself
•looking at photos in your phone that make your heart happy
•telling yourself that you're doing a good job

I think you're doing a good job. Keep it up.

Sharing my practice with those who are interested. Listen to your body. Observe. Move in ways that feel empowering to you. Breathe. Pain is not part of the practice. Modify.

Maiden’s Tears.
A quiet wildflower with a name that lingers—whispering stories of healing, softness, and strength.

"as if the tears had carved a canyon.
Deep inside me was a vastness
I had not held before."
— Olivia Rosane

There are moments when we stumble upon something so small and unexpected—a bloom in the brush, a deep breath, a stretch held a little longer—and realize there is more space inside us than we knew.

Maiden’s Tears is a reminder:
That the tender parts of us are not fragile, but powerful.
That healing is not always loud—it can be gentle, creative, and slow.

Through yoga, massage, and art—I help people reconnect to that space. To soften, to notice, to grow. Like the flower, we bloom in our own time, in unexpected places.

✨🔒Love locks

Little symbols of connection, intention, and promises — usually between two people. But what if we reclaimed this idea for our whole selves and the communities we grow with?

A lock representing a boundary formed and honored.

A lock representing a truth we bravely spoke.

A lock representing a choice of healing over hustle.

Like yoga, massage, and art, it's not just about the gesture — it’s about the energy we put into it. The ritual of saying: “I am worth the key.” 🗝️💛

Let’s lock in radical self-care. Let’s anchor our healing journeys in the messy, creative, imperfect love of being human.

Chicory by the Falls 💜

This rebellious little chicory flower symbolizes perseverance, calm strength, and the ability to thrive in tough conditions — just like the nervous system when we give it space to soften.

I’m endlessly fascinated by wildflowers and their unapologetic resilience. They’re nature’s quiet yogis — rooted, responsive, and wildly free.

Here’s to moving like water, blooming like weeds, and choosing presence over perfection. 🌿💆‍♀️🌀
