"My diagnosis was early-stage spinal stenosis. My P*P suggested trying some physical therapy to see if that would help reduce the symptoms I was experiencing. He suggested I try True PT. I looked at the website at the physical therapist's "bios" about their fields of interest and expertise. I picked Kelsey because she sounded like a good match for my diagnosis. It was a good decision. Kelsey has been very patient, understanding and thorough. She listens to what she is told and acts accordingly. She is good at answering questions about the treatment. Her recommendations have been effective. After weeks of therapy, there was a decrease in the symptoms I had been experiencing and , based on measurements of my muscular strengths and flexibility there has been a noticeable improvement in both. Some of my appointments were also with Shandra, another therapist. She has the same mannerisms as Kelsey, and they coordinated the treatment that I received so there was continued care. In my opinion they are both very capable therapists. The techs that work with the therapists were also very good at seeing that the therapy routines were done properly. They all have a very good attitude and seem to enjoy their work. Everyone working at this business seems to enjoy their jobs and always seems to be happy and are always friendly. I have been to several other physical therapy "clinics" in Wichita and elsewhere and I find True PT to be top notch. They made me feel better and my symptoms are significantly reduced. In addition, they gave me the guidance to continue my treatment at home so that I can continue to feel good."
