Intensive Out-Patient Programs provide crucial support for those in need to keep them from being hospitalized or to bridge the gap to returning to their daily life.

Participants are involved in 9 hours of group therapy and one hour of individual therapy weekly. We utilize evidence based skills like DBT, CBT and ACT along with building intra-personal skills, trauma based resilience and specialized therapies such as ketamine-assisted or mindfulness/somatic based activities.

Services are covered through most insurances, pending prior authorization.

Children's mental health week winds to an end on February 9th, but that doesn't mean their needs do!

We offer therapy and medication management and accept most major insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. Check out these additional options for support at our sister agency, Soma Therapy including Somatic Yoga and an upcoming Intensive Out-Patient program for ages 12-17.
