Family Health & Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility focused on short-stay rehabilitation and long-term care services. We opened our doors in 2008 and are celebrating the honor of serving the Wichita community for 10 years.

Our mission is to improve lives and exceed expectations (ILEE). We do this with our patients, residents, families and staff.

Our Vision is to maintain a culture of excellence by delivering to our patients and families the most knowledgeable, timely and compassionate care possible.

We currently maintain a 5-star rating with Medicare (1 of 7 5-stars in Wichita), have achieved the American Health Care Association’s Award for Commitment to Quality and
