Don't miss this opportunity! The application window for Maddy's Miracle Grant is open from September 1st to September 30th.
The Hadwin Family Foundation created this grant to assist individuals and families with the financial barriers associated with IVF treatment.
Are you eligible? Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a family with demonstrated financial need.
- Be a patient at The Center for Reproductive Medicine (CFRM).
- Have a diagnosis of infertility.
- Be actively pursuing IVF treatment.
- Be a legal, permanent resident of Kansas.
The grant covers the standard IVF retrieval and transfer fees for a single cycle at CFRM, cost of medication is not included. Please note that applicants with stored eggs and/or embryos are excluded.
