Jina has joyfully served Larksfield Place and its residents for an incredible 18 years! If you've had the pleasure of working with her, you already know—Jina leads with heart. For over 13 years, she made a lasting impact in Health Care, improving quality of life for residents and staff alike. Today, she continues to lead with purpose and positivity as the head of our Transportation Department.

Jina is always on the move—rain or shine—modeling the true spirit of flexibility and exceptional customer service. From coordinating daily travel requests to guiding her team across campus and into surrounding counties, she keeps LFP rolling—literally! Her ability to stretch resources, juggle multiple demands, and uplift others with kind words and cheerful energy is nothing short of inspiring. Our first winner is Mary Beth Potter, who was nominated by her peers for a magnitude of reasons—and if you know her, you know exactly why! Mary Beth is one of those amazing humans who just sees a need and steps in—no hesitation, no fuss, just get-it-done greatness. Whether it's covering a gap, juggling a change in plans, or helping a teammate in a pinch, she’s there before you even ask.

And so, it’s with great admiration and applause that we present her with the Agility Ace Award – honoring her exceptional ability to multitask, adapt, and conquer last-minute changes like a true pro.
