No matter the sport, has the BEST fans!

For the past 3 seasons with the , I've stood on the other side of that glass, in front of that orange cooler. They are so much fun to listen to during the games. They are great with the refs, the opposing team, and of course our players. They started buying and giving me M&Ms during games a couple seasons ago and have now included M&Ms for the Athletic Trainers as well. He said, "You guys are an important part of the team and you should also feel special."

Twenty years ago, on January 27, 2001, an airplane crashed carrying ten men from the Oklahoma State University community. Brian Luinstra was one of them.

Brian is someone that has been very influential in my career. I worked many hours with him when I was in Wichita State's Athletic Training program. Not only did I learn more about sports medicine, but I also learned how to educate people. He made complex things seem easier to understand. I do my best to do the same, now that I teach.

Brian was a mentor and a big brother to me even after leaving WSU. Brian was only 29 when he died, but had already impacted many people's lives.

Brian, I will always remember you and be grateful for you being a blessing in my life.

Old school techniques with new school tools. This is NOT Graston, IASTM, Astym, nor Gua Sha. Just good ole fashion cross fiber friction using a tool. Many times things aren't what they look like. This is a very gentle technique that I'm using for pregame massage.

Massage doesn't have to be painful to be effective.
