Yes that’s me sweet talking a butterfly to break itself free.. (no I don’t use that voice to coach my clients.)😂

I mean seriously I just wanted the butterfly to live. Like really LIVE!

After the butterfly released itself I actually took it in because back then the season was changing and it was cooler out.  I gave the butterfly safe harbor, and then released it the next day. My genuine hope is that the butterfly found its way.

That’s how I helped myself and my amazing clients. by helping them release themselves from the cocoon..whatever the cocoon is (it may be many things) and then help them heal!

Help them to stop suffering and learn to live.

I hope this butterfly brings you joy where ever you are..

I love farmhouse simple! We are remodeling our farmhouse to be clean, crisp and simple!

I love these crisp white walls (Benjamin Moore Simply White) and these diy Industrial Farmhouse shelves!!
(The walls were green and window trim was dark wood).

When in doubt make it simple!
