Today, Mental Health America released a public statement in response to the administration’s new executive order, “Ending Crime and Disorder on America’s Streets.” The order dangerously equates mental illness and homelessness with criminal behavior and threatens to reverse decades of progress in mental health care and housing policy.

It's so gratifying to see all the RSVP's coming in for this year's Beautiful Minds Gala! Seats are filling up fast!

Thanks to the support of the Bonavia Foundation, Simpson Construction Services, and Kansas Health Foundation who are helping to offset the costs of the event, every dollar raised on Oct 11 will go straight to providing for the mental health needs of the south central Kansas community. We need more organizations like theirs in Wichita!!
