We had our make-up fishing trip, only 1 of our residents went, didn't catch anything this time. Maybe next year! We still had some fun and relaxed a little bit!

We had our 2nd Pool Tournament and music! Our Residents and Activity Director had a blast this time around! One more game and then it will be over, and we will have our Champion!

Happy 4th of July from Halstead Health and Rehab!
We were so happy to share some fireworks with our residents this year! Our Activity Director's significant other volunteered to put on a show for our residents and he did an amazing job! Our staff was able to get 25 residents to come out and watch the Fireworks and they all enjoyed it!

Wow, what a wonderful week for Nursing Home Week! We ended our week with a wonderful party filled with yummy food prepared by Vicky Smith, and we were able to reminisce about the past while watching the Wizard of Oz!

We have been so busy this week with nursing home week! We started the week by painting our yellow brick road. Then we had Dorothy's homecoming bingo. Tuesday, we had oz cake pops, and a flying monkey hole. Yesterday we made our own scarecrows! Our staff is also winning gift cards on our Wheel of Fun! If you can't guess, we made our theme the Wizard of Oz!
