Phase II Update

The second section of our community started construction a while back and we are having so much fun watching its progress. We can't wait until we start seeing units go up and residents moving in!

Resolutions to be more active?

Our community has everything you will need. Equipped with an exercise room in the clubhouse, a pool for the summer, and soon to have walking paths around the community, residents have the opportunity to stick to those goals for 2022.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!

To celebrate the reason for this season and give our leasing agent some well deserved time off to spend time with their families, both of our location and office will be closed December 24-January 2.

We will resume normal hours on Monday, January 3.

🙌We are counting our blessings from 2021

This has been such a crazy year for everyone, full of both ups and downs. As we reflect on this year, we are so thrilled with the amount of blessings that we received.

In 2021 our office and staff had:

🟣The Villas at Prestwick Grand Opening
🟣2 staff promotions
🟣2 staff additions
🟣3 new grandbabies
🟣2 weddings
🟣an engagement
🟣will soon have a new puppy

Plus BOTH of our communities are at full occupancy! We do have new units coming available soon, though!

Both of our locations and our main office will be closed November 25-28 so that we may celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with our families.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday, November 29.

Today, we give a special thanks to all of those who have put others lives before their own and served our country. It is an honor to get to know the many Veterans who live and have lived in our communities.

🏃‍♂️Get your sweat on!

One of the many amenities that our clubhouse has to offer is an exercise room that can accommodate almost any workout. This is the perfect place to come and stretch out your legs with a walk on a treadmill or go for a “bike ride” when it is just too cold outside to go for a walk on our walking paths.

With the upcoming ❄️weather, this room is got to be a frequent location for many of our active seniors!
