Vis Clinic Functional, Naturopathic, Environmentally focused Health Clinic We use in-house services and supplementation as corrective tools to bring about healing.

Vis Clinic focuses on the whole person while treating each patient in a uniquely individualized fashion using Functional, Naturopathic, and Environmental Medicine. We give our patients time to be heard and provide individualized care based on their unique biochemical and genetic makeup while using the “The Krier Ladder System” for diagnosis and treatment. To maintain your health or regain your health and vigor, Vis Clinic uses extensive biochemical and functionally based laboratory testing to discover the underlying causes of symptoms and illness. We boast over 40 years’ combined experience in studying the local patient population’s environmentally related health data points (including: local lifestyles, diets, metal and non-metal toxicities, microbiological imbalances, and adverse food reactions). Therapy focuses on correcting the biochemical and nutritional imbalances discovered through the comprehensive evaluation process to bring the patient back to optimal health. Vis Clinic understands that to attain sustainable, lasting health, patients require support and accountability which is why all new patients of the clinic go through “The Krier Ladder System.” Through this program patients will meet with doctors, health coach, and other support staff of Vis Clinic over a 6-month period. By the end of the program, patients will have developed principles and practices to continue their wellness journey beyond the 6-months while never losing the support of Vis Clinic. Developed by Dr. Chad Krier N.D, D.C., The Krier Ladder System is an innovative and unique systems-based laboratory/Gestalt type method for analyzing patterns of functional deficiencies or excesses by creating distinct maps of each patient’s biochemical uniqueness. This system is utilized by all Doctors of Vis Clinic and provides them with the ability to create a comprehensive therapeutic approach for each patient’s distinct functional physiology.

🥞 Sweet Potato Pancakes (Gluten-Free & Plant-Based)

Ingredients (makes about 6–8 pancakes):
1 cup mashed sweet potato (cooked + cooled)
1 cup gluten-free flour blend (or oat flour)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey if not strictly vegan)
1 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sweet potato, almond milk, maple syrup, and oil until smooth.

2. Add gluten-free flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir gently until just combined (don’t overmix).

3. Heat a lightly greased skillet or griddle over medium heat.

4. Scoop about ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.

5. Serve warm with toppings like fresh fruit, nut butter, or an extra drizzle of maple syrup. 🍯✨

Who doesn’t love a creamy, flavorful dip? This paleo-friendly artichoke dip is easy to make and packed with nutrient-dense ingredients! 🙌

Ingredients:
✔ 1 tbsp coconut oil
✔ 3 cloves garlic (minced)
✔ ½ cup yellow onion (diced)
✔ 4 cups fresh spinach (packed)
✔ 1 (14-oz) can artichokes (drained & rinsed)
✔ 2 green onions (sliced)
✔ ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk yogurt
✔ ½ cup avocado mayo (paleo or vegan)
✔ 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
✔ 1 tbsp lemon juice
✔ 1 tsp sea salt
✔ ½ tsp paprika

Instructions:
🔥 In an oven-safe skillet, melt coconut oil and sauté garlic & onion for 2-3 minutes until soft.
🌿 Add spinach, cooking until wilted (about 2-3 minutes), then stir in artichokes & green onions. Remove from heat.
🥣 Mix in remaining ingredients, stirring until well combined. Taste & adjust seasonings as needed.
🔥 Broil on low rack for 3-5 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
✨ Sprinkle with smoked paprika, and serve with sliced veggies or tortilla chips!
