Our Wellness Director, Crystal, Director of Rehab, Crystal, and National Director, Amy, were invited to speak at the ICAA Conference in Anaheim, CA this month!
Our presentation focused on Redefining Resilience Across the Continuum of Care — and specifically how thoughtful use of screens and communication systems within a CCRC can strengthen connection, confidence, and belonging for residents.
We explored how these tools aren’t just for announcements or schedules, but how they can truly support the resident experience across:�Daily communication & environment�Therapy, restorative, & wellness programming�Activities, engagement, & purpose
When residents can see themselves reflected in what is happening around them — when they feel informed, included, and recognized — resilience grows. Connection grows. Community grows.
Feeling grateful for the opportunity to share, to learn, and to continue building environments where residents don’t just live — they thrive.
