✨ **PATH to Home Success Story** ✨

We were honored to welcome Mary to Wichita Presbyterian Manor for a PATH stay after her hospitalization for pneumonia. PATH (Post-Acute to Home) provides skilled rehabilitation to help patients regain strength and independence on their journey home.

Mary’s biggest goal during her stay was to build back her strength, balance, and endurance so she could return home to care for her beloved dog. With the dedicated support of our Aegis Therapies Physical and Occupational Therapy team, Mary worked hard each day.

Although she spent her 85th birthday in the hospital, Mary came to WPM determined and motivated. After just 18 days of focused therapy, she regained her mobility and confidence—and returned home safely to be reunited with her sweet pup. 🐾💙

Congratulations, Mary! Your hard work and positive spirit inspire us all.

In “Sunset on the Farm,” artist Vera Jane Davis of the Wichita area set out to create a peaceful farm scene that brings back childhood memories. “A farmstead with cattle, barn and house was common during my growing up years,” Vera said. Fun Fact: Alia got married this past May. She loves going to concerts and being an auntie to her 5 nieces and 3 nephews.
What we love about Alia: Alia is hardworking, dedicated to the PMMA mission, and always has a smile on her face. She always brightens the residents’ days!
Why she loves WPM: Alia enjoys visiting with residents because she knows they have valuable stories to share and be heard.
