Are you a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician looking for a luxury professional medical spa to call home? Lotus Aesthetics & Wellness is growing, and we’re looking for someone who LOVES:

✨ HeadSpa treatments (training provided if needed!)
✨ Basic massage technique a Plus+ or willing to learn
✨ Waxing (Brazilian experience a must)
✨ Lashes (lifts, tints, and extensions. Must be proficient & recent experience in lash treatments)
✨ Assisting with front desk + office management (greeting clients, client relations, scheduling, retail inventory/stocking, assisting with the flow of the day, and general office duties as needed)

The Details:

It’s just one position—we’re looking for a cosmetologist or esthetician who will split their time between the treatment room and office. Part of the job will be providing services (HeadSpa, waxing, lashes), and the other half will focus on office management and client relations.

📅 2–3 days a week – Front Desk / Office Support

If you’ve stopped in recently, you may have seen a new face helping out around Lotus ✨— meet Iliana Craft!

Iliana is entering her junior year at Pratt High School 🐸 and has been spending her summer juggling multiple roles, from staffing the sports complex ⚾️ and pool 🏊🏼‍♀️ with the Pratt Recreation Department, to lending a hand here at Lotus Aesthetics & Wellness 🪷.

✨ Ambitious and driven, Iliana plans to pursue her bachelor’s in nursing after high school, with her eyes set on medical school to earn her doctorate of medicine. During the school year, she keeps busy golfing, reading 📚 and participating in a variety of school organizations, including the newly founded HOSA chapter, which she helped establish.
(HOSA-Future Healthcare Professionals of America, a nationwide student organization that empowers future healthcare professionals through leadership, service, and education.)

Oh, and if she looks a little familiar, it’s probably because she’s the oldest daughter of our owner, Melissa! 💗

What is a tiny/micro tattoos?
Fine line or single-needle work for delicate results. Can be done essentially anywhere, within reason.

Done with a pen-style machine rather than a traditional coil machine.

Healing is typically heals faster than larger, heavily shaded tattoos due to less trauma.

✨ A Little Reintroduction + Exciting News ✨

Hi friends! I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself, as many of you know, I’m the owner of Lotus Aesthetics & Wellness, and I’ll now be taking over all injectable appointments as we continue to grow and evolve.

Over the next 6 months, I’ll be personally training and mentoring Megan Hensley through an extensive, hands-on injectable training program. She’ll be apprenticing under me, learning both the art and science of aesthetic injectables, and will begin seeing her own injectable clients starting January 2026 once she obtains her nursing degree and license. I’m so excited to help her grow in this field!

A little more about me and my background:
• I started my career as a critical care registered nurse at The University of Kansas Hospital.
• I earned my Master’s in Nurse Anesthesiology, then completed an Acute Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Florida.
• I later became a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, making me dual board certified as both a CRNA and AGNP.
• I’ve completed extensive aesthetic training and am part of a large national network of experienced injectors, one of whom, was my trainer that I am able to call a friend and colleague, and was awarded Aesthetic Training Academy of the Year!

In addition to my work at Lotus, I continue to serve as a CRNA at Pratt Regional Medical Center, where I provide anesthesia for surgeries and procedures. I especially enjoy epidurals, spinals, and regional nerve blocks, procedures that demand advanced knowledge of anatomy, precision, and a gentle hand.

🧠💉 My background in anesthesia gives me a unique edge as an aesthetic injector. Years of experience performing delicate procedures under high-pressure surgical conditions have refined my skills in needle control, anatomical awareness, and patient safety. It’s this foundation that allows me to deliver results with confidence and care.
