Our focus is to educate adults of all ages in Coach Nate's "AGE YOUNG" philosophy, to remain functional and fit throughout the aging process. As part of our mission, coaches and instructors are dedicated to serving adults who have been diagnosed with, or are at a higher risk for developing cardiovascular disease. Our goal is to reduce the prevalence of all chronic disease within our community. We
educate our clients and use activity intervention to implement a healthier lifestyle. Many chronic diseases are preventable through consistent exercise and appropriate dietary modifications. Coaches are certified and happy to work with all clients who are cleared by their doctor to participate in exercise. Our studio is not your typical gym, even though it has similar equipment and design. The coaches are attentive, energetic, and supportive as they design programs for you to improve your quality of life and extend your lifespan by reducing your risk for developing chronic disease. We want to help you to “Age Young” and remain independent. Nathan, the founder of Wellness League LLC, is committed to coaching older adults to remain independent and age young. With his master’s in gerontology, Nathan is educated to discuss all dimensions of, and the best options to navigate the aging process. Additionally, as a health and behavior coach, he passionately discusses behavior change, goal setting, overcoming obstacles, and enhancing motivation with all of the League’s clients. Finally, he is a chef and always has delicious, nutritious recipes on hand. There are multiple negative stereotypes associated with aging, and exercise has been shown to improve memory, cognition, coordination, balance and independence. Physical exercise relates to all aspects of health, and movement has been shown to have healing powers. Coaches at Wellness League are prepared to act as your guide as you align and strengthen all aspects of health to create balance and a sense of well-being. Their passionate and energetic coaching style will encourage you to commit and stay motivated while reaching your goals. The League's coaches are focused on building lifelong relationships through our customized training approach. Coaches act as your mentor throughout the process of beginning to exercise and changing habits. Each of our coaches have unique specialties, therefore Wellness League LLC strives for each client to work with each coach to gain the best results.
