This week was full of activities! 🌟 Our full schedule in swing and a few extras really pushed the limits! 🧘‍♀️✨ We explored our magnetic fields, learned a little more about our bhandas and the importance of our eye gaze and mental stillness! 👁️🌀🧠

We saw some students return that haven’t been in for some time and also some new faces! 😊🙌 I was privileged to witness student’s releases, students tapping into their power, students click with something new, and the peace that washes over their faces after a mindful practice! 🌈💫🙏

Thank you to everyone who attended our Solstice event! ☀️ It was a joy to trace the cocoa plant from seed to our cups 🍫🌱, emote inner journeys with desert themed ecstatic dance 💃🏜️, and surround you with the bliss of our sound bath 🔔🛁✨ Inner journeys were taken, hearts were mended 💖, moves were busted! 🕺💥 It was such a pleasure to have you all! 📸 (The photos are from an iPad, and were quite grainy, but I think they tell a great story.) 📷

This weekend we also partnered with Limitless Yoga Studio and Inner Oasis to deliver a beautiful flow with our healing frequencies! 🌊🧘‍♀️🎶 It was a pleasure to work with these lovely ladies as we formed a powerful alliance delivering tranquility as they listened to the sound of our gongs and bowls while they practiced a moving meditation next to the waters of the Bradley Fair Shopping Plaza. 🌟🌺

This Sunday I also was a student and earned my Level 2 Reiki Certification. 🎓✨ I am becoming a more sensitive person, deepening my love for guiding people through the first stages of peace. 🕊️ I am tapping into a new and beautiful side of energetic understanding not only through reiki, but through my kundalini practice, through my whole foods diet 🥦, and through the vulnerability to be your teacher and your friend. 🫶

It’s Day 16 since Yogi left, and I have been such a busy bee 🐝 delivering all this sweetness 🍯 to our students! I’ve been doing more and more events, and whew—that GONG is heavy! 🛎️💪

I’ve also been attending to our private students’ development, and I’m seeing some really good progress 🌱👏

I miss Yogi more every day, and I’m looking forward to his return 💛 In the meantime, I’m so proud of what we’ve done in his absence.

With all of your support, I think I’m going to make bills this month—which is a huge step in proving I can do this as your Studio Director 🧘‍♀️✨

🌕 The Strawberry Full Moon was a beautiful evening and a full house!
Owen Freiburger curated a gorgeous practice while Synthanee Humbert of Inner Oasis offered Reiki and hands-on adjustments ✋🌈

I added soothing vibrational accompaniment with the gong and bowls to imbue the room with peace and harmony 🎶✨
