We had another great day today showing off Corterra of Wichita to our friends from Topeka. A big thank you to Representative Ron Bryce and Senate President Ty Masterson for taking time out of their busy schedule to learn about the great work we are doing to serve the seniors of Kansas.

Thank you both for your attendance and for Senator President Masterson, we wish you all the best in your run for Governor!

We at Corterra of Wichita were fortunate enough to have some very special guests from Topeka today visit our hospital.

Representative Leah Howell, Representative Susan Estes and Senator Joseph Claeys, stopped by today to tour our hospital and learn all about the wonderful things we are doing to serve seniors experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This visit was the first of four visits from KS Legislators over the next two weeks.

It was so impressive to see our State Legislators care about the work we do and how important that work is to serving the growing need for the seniors of Kansas. It was also great to have the opportunity to show off our wonderful team who, with the help of many others, make a true difference in the lives of the patients we serve.

We are also grateful for our partner John Monroe and our business partner Jordan Anderson from Scenic Development who also attended today’s event. Thank you for all that you do to support Corterra of Wichita.

We look forward to the upcoming tours and sharing the role Corterra of Wichita plays in serving seniors in Wichita and across the state of Kansas.

Today we remember the lives that were lost and the bravery of our first responders, military and healthcare workers who braved this unspeakable event to serve our fellow Americans.

It has been 24 years since that terrible day. We will never forget and will continue to honor all of the people who were affected on 09.11.01.

We had such a great time connecting with the healthcare leaders in senior living at the Kansas Adult Care Executives - KACE conference in Wichita, KS this week.
