Today we had the joy of hosting our Associate Luncheon to celebrate the incredible team that keeps our community thriving each and every day. As we head into Thanksgiving, we want to take a moment to express just how grateful we are for our associates, the dedication, compassion, and heart they bring to our residents never goes unnoticed. We truly love celebrating our associates as often as we can, because they deserve it. Their commitment to caring for our residents is what makes this place feel like home, and we couldn’t ask for a more devoted team.

As we enter a season defined by gratitude and giving, we also recognize that many families are experiencing food insecurity. To help support those in need, our community is collecting non-perishable food items now through December 31. And thanks to Grace Management, Inc., every donation will be matched pound for pound (up to 100 pounds) to extend the impact even further.

Thank you to our residents, families, associates, and partners for joining us in this important effort. Together, we can help fill plates and hearts this holiday season. 💜

WINTER COAT DRIVE – Help Us Share the Warmth!

Sedgwick Plaza is excited to partner with Affinity All Faiths Mortuary & Crematory for this year’s Winter Coat Drive! Together, we’re working to help keep Wichita families warm during the cold months ahead.

We are collecting new or gently used coats of all sizes to support neighbors in need. Your donation brings warmth, dignity, and comfort to someone in our community who truly needs it.

Donations accepted through December 12th

🎉 There’s never a dull moment at Sedgwick Plaza! 🎉
Today we had the joy of celebrating Jeannie’s birthday in true Sedgwick style with great music, an energetic DJ, and even some live dancers to keep the party going! 💃🕺
Laughter, music, and smiles filled the room as our community came together to make Jeannie’s day extra special. Moments like these remind us why Sedgwick Plaza feels like family. ❤️

What a night!

We are so thrilled to announce that our “Glow in the Dark Bingo” event at Sedgwick Plaza raised $2,433 for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer!

Thank you to everyone who came out, played, laughed, wore your glow-in-the-dark gear, and supported this cause. We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to:
• Every business and individual who donated a raffle prize or door gift
• Our amazing sponsors whose support made the night possible
• Our wonderful residents and event team who kept the event running smoothly

Your generosity and spirit mean the world — because of you, we’re helping fund programs that make a real difference.

Did you know that Making Strides helps provide things like free rides to treatment, lodging for patients and caregivers during chemotherapy, and a 24/7 helpline for anyone facing breast cancer?  Plus, they make sure people aren’t walking this journey alone. 

We had so much fun together, and the impact of our community coming together for this cause is tremendous. Let’s carry this momentum forward — pink ribbons, hope, and togetherness.
