It’s the season for harvest 🌾

As September unfolds, I’m reflecting on what I’ve gathered this year—the lessons, the growth, and the small wins worth celebrating. At the same time, I’m noticing where I’m still holding on too tightly and being invited to surrender.

This month’s journal practice blends both light work and shadow work, helping me ground, release, and realign with the natural cycles of the season.

30 seconds of handpan to bring you back to center ✋🎶

Breathe in… breathe out… notice how you feel.

The frequencies of sound move through your body like ripples in water — helping clear stagnant energy and create balance within. Pairing that with intentional breath is one of the fastest ways to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system. Sometimes, it feels like, “ugh, I thought I already worked through this.” But you’re not back at the beginning — you’re meeting the same lesson with new awareness.

Each loop is a chance to respond differently, to soften, and to grow. Slow and steady is still forward. ✨

Breathe with the season, longer exhales to ground, just like the harvest calls us to release.

As we transition into the harvest and fall season, our bodies and minds ask for more grounding and steadiness.
This is the time to slow down, soften, and let go of what no longer serves - just as the trees release their leaves. 🌬️🍁

This week’s practice:
✨ Inhale for 4-5 counts
✨ Pause Inhaled for 1-2 counts
✨ Exhale for 6-8 counts
✨ Pause Exhaled for 1-2 counts
✨ Repeat at least 3 times

Why?
Because longer exhales help the nervous system settle, release excess energy, and support balance during this Vata season of air + space.

Take a few minutes each day to connect with this rhythm - it’s a powerful way to sync with the season and harvest inner peace.

On this day of love, my heart overflows with gratitude for the incredible souls who have touched my journey.

To my beautiful community—each of you who has stepped into the sacred space of my classes, shared your energy, and trusted me to guide you—you are the heartbeat of this dream. Your presence is a gift I cherish deeply.
To the mentors who have inspired and guided me, thank you for your wisdom, patience, and belief in me. You have shaped me into the teacher I am today.

To my fellow teachers and peers who have walked alongside me, learning, growing, and sharing—your camaraderie reminds me that we are always both students and teachers.

And to my life partner, my anchor, and my biggest supporter—without your unwavering love and encouragement, none of this would have been possible. Thank you for holding space for my dreams and standing beside me every step of the way.
