Today marks Dr. Burgoyne’s final day performing cataract surgery — a truly special milestone in her incredible career. 💙 While many have asked if this means she’s retiring — she’s not! Dr. Burgoyne will now be focusing exclusively on oculoplastic surgery due to the growing demand in this specialty.

We’re so grateful for the years of dedication, precision, and compassion she’s brought to cataract surgery, and we can’t wait to see her continue transforming lives through her oculoplastic expertise! 👁️✨

Dr. Jennifer Burgoyne attended the fundraiser banquet for the JayDoc Community Clinic last night. The JayDoc Community Clinic is dedicated to providing quality, compassionate health care to people in need in partnership with Guadalupe Clinic. It is staffed by medical students at the KU Med School.
This year the charitable proceeds will go to help fund interpreters/interpretation services. Communication is key in healthcare, and providing language assistance ensures that everyone in our community receives the care they need.
