COURSE OF STUDY AND PRACTICE

Learn advanced teacher skills
Ethics of Touch
Verbal adjusting and refinement of cueing
Hands on adjusting and use of props
How to use marma points for yourself and your students
Specific poses which enliven marma points
How to take care of yourself and support your growth
Personal mentoring of each trainee
