3. Move Often – Long car rides or sitting at a BBQ? Stand up, walk around, and keep your joints mobile every 30–60 minutes.

5. Sleep Smart – If you’re sleeping in or napping, support your spine with a pillow under your knees (back sleepers) or between your knees (side sleepers).
