We’re excited to welcome Joseph Perez as our new Area Vice President – Gulf Coast Region, supporting both PK Technology & PK Industrial, based out of Houston, TX.
Joe brings over 15 years of operational leadership experience across private industry and the Department of Defense. From Site Manager to Director of Operations, he’s led complex shop and field operations with a strong background in fireproofing and major capital and maintenance projects. His deep understanding of our industry and people-first leadership style make him a perfect fit for our growing team.
Joe is a lifelong Texan, Army Veteran, and proud Aggie Engineer who loves the outdoors—whether it’s boating, fishing, or hunting, he’s most at home on the water.
