FLOAT THERAPY: a practice where you enter a float tank (also called an isolation tank or sensory deprivation tank), a well-engineered enclosed tub that has about 10-12” of water with 1000 lbs. of dissolved Epsom salts in it. The water is heated to the same temperature as the surface of your skin, when the water settles and you remain relaxed and still, your awareness of your body shifts. The envi

ronment is light and sound proof. All forces of gravity on the musculoskeletal system are eliminated from the extreme positive buoyancy: imagine a space where you don’t feel anything, you don’t see or hear anything.
