Bodyweight training doesn’t work…
At least that’s what most people were told.

But muscle growth isn’t about barbells or machines.
It’s about mechanical tension, effort, and progression.

When bodyweight training is programmed correctly, research shows it can build muscle comparable to traditional weight training—without lifting weights.

Here are the bodyweight training rules most people were never taught:

• Train close to failure
• Apply progressive overload (harder variations, slower tempo, longer holds)
• Control the tempo
• Use long-length isometrics (strength under stretch)
• Repeat progressions long enough to adapt—then level up
• Use heat as an amplifier, not a shortcut
